Legal Partnership Agreement
This Agreement creates a legally binding relationship between the Vendor/Partner and 10 Minutes India. By onboarding onto our platform, you accept these terms in their entirety.

2. Vendor Categories
This agreement applies to all vendor types on our platform:
Restaurants & Cloud Kitchens
Grocery & Supermarkets
Meat & Fish Shops
Pharmacies & Essentials
3. Vendor Obligations
10-Minute Preparation
Prepare orders within 5-7 minutes to support our 10-minute delivery promise
Valid Licenses
Maintain valid FSSAI, GST, and trade licenses; update on platform within 7 days of renewal
Accurate Menu/Inventory
Keep menu items, prices, and availability up-to-date in real-time
Quality Packaging
Use spill-proof, tamper-evident packaging suitable for delivery
4. Commission & Payment Terms

* Exact commission rates specified in individual onboarding agreement. GST and TDS applicable.
5. Food Safety & Hygiene (Restaurant Vendors)
FSSAI Compliance
Display valid 14-digit FSSAI license number on all packaging. License must be current.
Allergen Disclosure
Clearly mark major allergens (nuts, dairy, gluten, shellfish) on menu items
Temperature Control
Hot food must be above 60°C; cold items below 5°C at handover to delivery partner
6. Order Cancellation & Refunds
Guidelines for handling order issues:
- Vendor-initiated cancellation: If you cancel after accepting, you bear the full refund cost
- Quality issues: Refunds for quality complaints are deducted from vendor settlement after review
- Missing items: Cost of missing items deducted from vendor settlement
- Disputes: Platform decision on refund disputes is final
7. Termination
This agreement may be terminated:
- By either party with 15 days written notice
- Immediately by Platform for food safety violations or fraud
- Immediately by Platform for repeated customer complaints (3+ per week)
- Immediately if FSSAI or other required licenses expire
8. Intellectual Property
Vendors grant 10 Minutes India a non-exclusive license to use restaurant/store name, logo, menu images, and product photos for platform display, marketing, and promotional purposes. This license terminates upon partnership termination.
