We are an ultra-fast delivery service that brings your daily essentials—food, groceries, electronics, fashion, meat, and more—right to your doorstep in under 10 minutes. Simply browse the app, add items to your cart, and checkout. Our network of local delivery partners ensures lightning-fast service.
Our service is currently available in select high-density urban areas. You can enter your delivery address in the app to see if we deliver to your location. We are expanding rapidly, so check back often if we're not in your neighborhood yet!
We deliver a wide range of products to meet your urgent needs: fresh food and meals, daily groceries, electronics and mobile accessories, fashion items, fresh meat and poultry, personal care products, and household essentials.
🚀 Delivery & Timing
Yes! Our promise is 10-minute delivery. We make this possible through a combination of strategically located micro-fulfillment centers in your city, a smart inventory system, and a dedicated network of delivery partners. This allows us to pick, pack, and dispatch your order within minutes.
We operate from early morning until late night to serve you. Our standard delivery hours are from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM, 7 days a week. Hours may vary slightly on public holidays.
To ensure the efficiency of our ultra-fast model, we have a small minimum order value. This helps cover operational costs while keeping delivery fees low for you. The exact amount is displayed in the app before checkout.
🛒 Orders & Payment
We offer multiple secure payment options for your convenience: Credit/Debit Cards, UPI (GPay, PhonePe, etc.), Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (available for select orders).
Due to our 10-minute processing promise, modifications or cancellations are only possible within a very short window (typically 1 minute) after placing your order. You can attempt this directly in the "My Orders" section of the app. Once the order is prepared for dispatch, it cannot be altered.
To apply a promotional discount, add items to your cart and proceed to checkout. Before completing payment, you will see a field to enter a "Promo Code" or "Discount Code". Enter the code (e.g., GET20) and the discount will be applied to your eligible order total.
