  • Go to "My Orders" section
  • Select the order you wish to return
  • Click "Return Item" and select the reason for return
  • Print the return label and packing slip
  • Package the item securely with the return label

3.2 Return Shipping

Return shipping costs vary based on the reason for return:

  • Defective/Damaged/Wrong Item: Free return shipping
  • Change of Mind/Size Exchange: Customer pays return shipping
  • Pre-paid return labels: Available for eligible returns
4. Return Reasons & Conditions

4.1 Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos/videos of the damage
  • We will arrange free pickup and replacement
  • Full refund option available

4.2 Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
