4. Account Registration

• You must register for an account using your mobile number
• Account verification is done via OTP
• You may only have one account per mobile number

4.2 Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Do not share your OTP or login credentials
• You are liable for all activities under your account

• 10-minute delivery of groceries and essentials
• Food delivery from restaurant partners
• Fresh produce, dairy, meat, and bakery items
• Household essentials and personal care products
• Real-time order tracking

5.2 Service Availability

• Services available in select cities and areas
• Operating hours: Typically 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM (varies by location)
• 10-minute delivery subject to availability and conditions
• Services may be interrupted for maintenance

6. Ordering & Pricing

6.1 Placing Orders

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order
• Minimum order value may apply
• Order confirmation is sent via app notification and/or SMS

6.2 Pricing

• Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes
• Prices may vary from MRP due to handling and service costs
• Delivery charges and surge pricing may apply
• We reserve the right to modify prices at any time
• Promotional prices are valid for limited periods

8. Delivery Terms

8.1 Delivery Commitment

• We strive to deliver within 10 minutes
• Delivery time starts after order confirmation
• Factors like traffic, weather, and order complexity may affect delivery time
• Delivery guarantees are subject to our 10-Minute Delivery Policy

8.2 Delivery Address

• Ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete
• Provide clear landmarks and instructions
• Be available at the delivery location
• Orders cannot be redirected after dispatch

8.3 Failed Delivery

• If you are unreachable, delivery partner will wait up to 5 minutes
• Failed deliveries due to incorrect address or unavailability may result in cancellation
• Perishable items cannot be re-delivered

9. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy. Key points:

• Free cancellation within 60 seconds of order placement
• Cancellation charges may apply after order preparation begins
• Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
• Perishable items have stricter refund policies

10. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate personal and delivery information
• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes
• Not engage in fraudulent activities
• Treat delivery partners with respect and dignity
• Not misuse promotional offers or referral programs
• Report issues through proper channels
• Pay for orders placed through your account

11. Prohibited Conduct

You shall NOT:

• Create multiple accounts to misuse offers
• Use stolen payment methods
• Abuse, threaten, or harass delivery partners
• Make fraudulent refund or replacement claims
• Reverse-engineer or hack the Platform
• Scrape data from our Platform
• Use bots or automated systems
• Submit false reviews or ratings

12. Age-Restricted Products

• Certain products require age verification (18+ or 21+)
• Delivery partner may ask for valid government ID
• Orders will be cancelled if age cannot be verified
• No refunds for cancelled age-restricted orders due to verification failure

13. Intellectual Property

• "10 Minutes India" name, logo, and branding are our property
• App content, design, and code are protected by copyright
• You may not use our intellectual property without permission
• User-generated content (reviews, photos) grants us license to use

14. Disclaimers

14.1 Service Disclaimer

• Services provided "AS IS" without warranty
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• 10-minute delivery is a target, not a guarantee
• Product images may vary from actual items

14.2 Third-Party Content

• We are not responsible for vendor partner food quality
• Nutritional information is provided by vendors
• We do not endorse third-party products or services

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our liability is limited to the order value
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not liable for allergies or food sensitivities
• Force majeure events exclude liability

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 10 Minutes India, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of our Services
• Violation of these Terms
• Violation of any third-party rights
• Fraudulent or unlawful conduct

17. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Abuse delivery partners
• Misuse promotional offers
• Have excessive chargebacks or disputes

18. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India
• Disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh
• Consumer complaints may also be addressed through consumer forums

19. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes:

1. Contact our customer support first
2. If unresolved, escalate to grievance officer
3. Parties may opt for mediation or arbitration
4. Arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996
