At 10 Minutes India, we've revolutionized hyperlocal delivery. Our promise is simple: your food and groceries delivered to your doorstep in approximately 10 minutes from order confirmation.
Strategically located dark stores, real-time inventory management, optimized delivery routes, and a dedicated fleet of delivery partners
2. Delivery Times
2.1 Standard Delivery
- Estimated Time: 8-15 minutes from order confirmation
- Availability: Within serviceable zones
- Real-time Tracking: Track your delivery partner live on the app
2.2 Restaurant Food Orders
- Estimated Time: 15-35 minutes (includes preparation time)
- Preparation Status: Visible in real-time on app
- Hot & Fresh: Insulated bags ensure food arrives at optimal temperature
2.3 Factors Affecting Delivery Time
- Distance from nearest dark store or restaurant
- Traffic conditions and time of day
- Weather conditions
- Order complexity and item availability
- High-demand periods (meal times, weekends, festivals)
3. Operating Hours
- Grocery Delivery: 7:00 AM - 11:00 PM (daily)
- Restaurant Food: Based on restaurant operating hours (typically 8:00 AM - 11:30 PM)
- Essentials/Emergency: 24/7 in select areas (limited items)
Operating hours may vary by location and during festivals/holidays.
4. Serviceable Areas
Our hyperlocal delivery service is available within specific zones. To check serviceability:
- Open the 10 Minutes India app
- Enter your delivery address or enable location
- If serviceable, you'll see available products and restaurants
- If not serviceable, you'll be notified and can join our waitlist

5. Delivery Charges
5.1 Standard Delivery Fee
- Delivery fee varies based on distance, order value, and demand
- The exact delivery fee is shown at checkout before payment
- Free delivery available on orders above certain value (promotions may vary)
5.2 Additional Charges
- Small Order Fee: Applied to orders below minimum order value
- Surge Pricing: During high-demand periods (rain, festivals, peak hours)
- Long Distance: For addresses at edge of service area
All charges are transparently displayed before you confirm your order.
6. Contactless Delivery
We offer contactless delivery for your safety:
- Select "Leave at door" option at checkout
- Provide specific delivery instructions
- Receive photo confirmation of delivery
- OTP verification for high-value orders
7. Delivery Instructions
Help us serve you better:
- Provide accurate and complete address with flat/house number
- Include landmarks for easy navigation
- Specify floor number and lift availability
- Add special instructions (ring bell, call on arrival, etc.)
- Ensure phone is reachable for delivery partner contact
8. Order Tracking
Track your order every step of the way:
- Order Confirmed: Payment received, processing started
- Preparing: Items being picked/food being prepared
- Out for Delivery: Delivery partner has picked up your order
- Live Tracking: See your delivery partner's real-time location
- Delivered: Order delivered, rate your experience
9. Delivery Issues
9.1 Late Delivery
If your order is significantly delayed:
- You can track updates in the app
- Contact support via in-app chat for assistance
- Compensation (credits/refund) may be provided for extremely late deliveries
9.2 Unable to Contact You
- Delivery partner will call you twice
- If unreachable, they will wait for up to 5 minutes
- Safe location drop may be attempted if specified
- Order may be cancelled if customer remains uncontactable
9.3 Wrong Address
- Ensure your address is correct before confirming order
- Address changes after dispatch may not be possible
- Additional charges may apply for re-delivery
10. Special Item Handling
- Hot Food: Insulated bags for temperature maintenance
- Cold Items: Cold chain maintained for dairy, frozen items
- Fragile Items: Careful packaging for eggs, glass bottles
- Heavy Items: May be delivered to ground floor/reception
11. Age-Restricted Items
For age-restricted products:
- Valid government ID may be required at delivery
- Delivery partner will verify age before handover
- Order will be cancelled if verification fails (no refund for such items)
12. Holidays & Special Events
- Services available 365 days a year
- Reduced hours may apply on major holidays
- Surge pricing may apply during festivals and high-demand events
- Pre-order options available for special occasions
