All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped.

We offer the following shipping options:

- Delivery Time: 5-7 business days
- Free on orders above ₹499
- ₹50 shipping charge for orders below ₹499
- Tracking available
2.2 Express Shipping
- Delivery Time: 2-3 business days
- Flat rate: ₹150
- Real-time tracking available
- Signature required upon delivery
2.3 Same-Day Delivery
- Available in select metropolitan areas
- Orders must be placed before 12:00 PM
- Delivery by 8:00 PM same day
- Flat rate: ₹250
3. Shipping Destinations
3.1 Domestic Shipping
We currently ship to all major cities and towns across India. Delivery timelines may vary for remote locations.
3.2 International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. We only deliver within India.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with:

- Carrier information
- Expected delivery date
- Link to track your package

5. Shipping Restrictions
Please note the following restrictions:
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes
- A complete street address is required
- Someone must be available to receive the delivery

6. Delivery Issues
6.1 Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery is attempted but no one is available to receive the package:
- The carrier will leave a notification
- Two additional delivery attempts will be made
- After three failed attempts, the package will be returned to our facility
- Restocking fee may apply for returned items
6.2 Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address:
- We will contact you to verify the correct address
- Additional shipping charges will apply for reshipment
- Delivery timeline will restart from the reshipment date
6.3 Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows delivered but you haven't received your package:
- Contact us within 48 hours of marked delivery
- We will initiate an investigation with the carrier
- Resolution typically takes 5-7 business days
7. Business & Holiday Schedule
Our shipping department operates Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST. We do not process or ship orders on the following holidays:
- Republic Day (January 26)
- Holi (Date varies)
- Independence Day (August 15)
- Diwali (Date varies)
- Christmas Day (December 25)
- Other regional holidays as announced
8. Shipping Charges & Taxes
Shipping charges are calculated based on:
- Order value
- Shipping method selected
- Delivery location
- Package weight and dimensions
All applicable taxes are included in the shipping charges shown during checkout.
