Binding Agreement
By downloading our app, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to this User Agreement, along with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and other linked policies. If you do not agree, please do not use 10 Minutes India.
1. Acceptance of Terms
This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you ("User," "Customer," or "you") and Sis Startup IT Solution Infotech Private Limited, operating as 10 Minutes India ("we," "us," "Company"), governing your use of our mobile application, website (www.10minutesindia.com), and hyperlocal delivery services (collectively, "Platform").
2. Eligibility
To use our Platform, you must meet the following requirements:
Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old. Users 13-17 may use under parental supervision.
Valid Mobile Number
Must provide a valid Indian mobile number (+91) for OTP verification.
Serviceable Location
Delivery address must be within our serviceable pin codes.
Not Blacklisted
Accounts previously banned for fraud/abuse cannot re-register.
3. Account Registration & Security
When creating an account, you agree to:
Accurate Information
Provide true name, phone number, and delivery address. Fake information may result in order cancellation.
Account Security
Do not share OTPs or login credentials. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
Single Account Policy
Each user may have only one active account. Multiple accounts for offer abuse will be banned.
Report Unauthorized Access
Immediately report suspicious activity via Help → Report Issue → Account Security
4. Ordering & Delivery Terms
When placing orders on 10 Minutes India:
10-Minute Promise
We aim for 10-minute delivery but times may vary based on traffic, weather, and demand
Be Reachable
Keep phone available. Order may be cancelled if unreachable for 5+ minutes
Verify at Delivery
Check items at handover. Report issues immediately via app.
COD Ready
Have exact change ready for COD orders. Partners may not carry change.
5. Age-Restricted Products
Certain products require age verification:
18+ Required: Cigarettes, tobacco, betel products, certain medicines, and any items marked as age-restricted.
Delivery partners may request government ID for verification. Orders will be cancelled if age cannot be verified.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree NOT to:
Fraudulent Refund Claims
False claims of non-delivery or damaged items
Abuse Delivery Partners
Verbal abuse, harassment, or inappropriate behavior
Misuse Promotions
Create fake accounts or exploit referral codes
Resell Products
Commercially reselling items purchased through our platform
7. Intellectual Property
All content on 10 Minutes India (logos, app design, product images, text) is owned by Sis Startup IT Solution Infotech Pvt Ltd or our vendor partners. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is prohibited and may result in legal action.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for allergic reactions if allergen information was disclosed by the vendor
We are not liable for delays due to factors beyond our control (traffic, weather, civil unrest)
Our maximum liability per order is limited to the order value paid
9. Dispute Resolution
All disputes will be resolved as follows:
- First, contact our support at support@10minutesindia.com
- If unresolved within 15 days, escalate to grievance@10minutesindia.com
- Disputes will be subject to arbitration in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996
- Courts in Varanasi shall have exclusive jurisdiction
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts without notice for:
- Violation of this Agreement or any linked policies
- Fraudulent activity or abuse
- Harassment of staff, partners, or other users
- Non-payment or chargebacks
