10 Minutes India is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful environment for customers, delivery partners, and vendor partners. Violations of this policy result in warnings, account restrictions, or permanent bans.

1. Policy Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy outlines expected behavior when using the 10 Minutes India platform for ordering food, groceries, and other essentials. We operate a three-sided marketplace connecting customers, vendors, and delivery partners—all parties must adhere to these standards.

2. Permitted Uses (Customers)
Personal Orders

Order food, groceries, and essentials for personal/household consumption

Gift Orders

Send orders to friends/family at different addresses

Honest Reviews

Share genuine feedback on orders and vendors

Referrals

Invite friends using your referral code (personal use only)

3. Prohibited Customer Conduct
Harassment of Delivery Partners

Verbal abuse, threats, inappropriate comments, or physical intimidation of delivery personnel. Zero tolerance — instant permanent ban.

Fraudulent Refund Claims

False claims of non-delivery, missing items, or damaged goods to obtain undeserved refunds

Multi-Account Abuse

Creating multiple accounts to exploit new user offers, referral bonuses, or coupon codes

Intentionally Unreachable

Placing orders and not being available to receive them (especially COD orders)

Commercial Reselling

Bulk purchasing items for commercial resale without vendor authorization

4. Vendor & Delivery Partner Expectations

While this policy focuses on customer conduct, our vendor and delivery partners are also held to strict standards:

Vendors Must:
  • Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
  • Provide accurate product descriptions
  • Honor listed prices and availability
  • Respond to customer complaints professionally
Delivery Partners Must:
  • Deliver orders safely and on time
  • Handle food with care and hygiene
  • Treat customers respectfully
  • Follow traffic rules and safety protocols
5. Consequences of Violations
