1.6 Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Available for orders above ₹99
- Maximum COD limit: ₹2,000 per order
- COD handling fee may apply
- May not be available in all areas or during peak hours
- Please keep exact change ready
2. Payment Security
2.1 Data Protection
Your payment security is our priority:
- All transactions use 256-bit SSL encryption
- PCI-DSS compliant payment processing
- We do NOT store your complete card numbers
- Tokenized card storage for saved cards
- 3D Secure (OTP) authentication for cards

3. Pricing & Charges
3.1 Product Pricing
- All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR)
- Prices are inclusive of applicable GST
- Prices may vary from MRP due to platform handling fees
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice
3.2 Additional Charges
Your order total may include:
- Delivery Fee: ₹0 to ₹49 depending on order value and distance
- Surge Fee: May apply during peak hours or adverse weather
- Packaging Fee: Small nominal fee for packaging
- COD Fee: ₹10-20 for cash on delivery orders
- Small Order Fee: May apply for orders below minimum value
4. Payment Process
4.1 Order Payment
- Payment is collected at time of order placement
- For COD, payment is collected upon delivery
- Payment confirmation is sent via app notification
- Transaction ID is displayed in order details
4.2 Payment Failures
If your payment fails:
- Order will not be placed
- Any debited amount will be auto-refunded within 5-7 business days
- You can retry with same or different payment method
- Contact your bank if amount is debited but payment shows failed
5. Refunds
5.1 Refund Timelines

5.2 Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed to original payment method by default
- You may choose to receive refund in 10 Minutes India Wallet for instant credit
- COD order refunds are credited to wallet only
- Partial refunds for partial order issues
6. Promotional Credits & Offers
- Promo codes are applied at checkout
- Only one promo code per order
- Promotional credits have validity periods
- Refunds do not restore used promotional credits
- Terms and conditions apply to all offers
7. Invoice & Receipts
- Digital invoice available in order details
- Invoice sent via email (if email provided)
- GST invoice available for business purchases on request
- Download invoices anytime from "My Orders"
8. Disputes & Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect:
- First, check order details in the app
- Contact our support within 7 days of transaction
- Provide transaction ID and reason for dispute
- We will investigate and respond within 48 hours
- Unauthorized charges will be refunded immediately upon verification
Note: Initiating chargebacks with your bank without contacting us first may result in account suspension.
9. Fraud Prevention
We employ fraud detection measures:
- Address verification for new customers
- Device fingerprinting
- Transaction pattern analysis
- OTP verification for all card transactions
Suspicious transactions may be declined or require additional verification.
