Missing items, wrong deliveries, quality concerns, refund disputes

Overcharges, failed refunds, unauthorized transactions
How to File a Grievance
Follow these steps to file a complaint:
Use In-App Support First
Most issues can be resolved immediately through our in-app help section. Go to Profile → Help & Support → Report Issue.
Email the Grievance Officer
If not resolved within 48 hours, email grievance@10minutesindia.com with your order ID, registered phone number, and detailed description.
Acknowledgement
You will receive acknowledgement within 24 hours with a unique complaint reference number.
Investigation & Resolution
Our team will investigate and work towards resolution. You may be contacted for additional information.
Final Response
You will receive a final response within 30 days (as per Consumer Protection rules) from the date of complaint.
Information Required for Complaints
To process your grievance efficiently, please include:
Order Details
Order ID, order date, items ordered, amount paid
Account Information
Registered mobile number and email address
Issue Description
Detailed description of the problem with dates and screenshots if applicable
Expected Resolution
What outcome you are seeking (refund, replacement, explanation, etc.)
Response Timeline
We adhere to the following timelines as per applicable laws:
Acknowledgement
Within 24 hours of receiving the complaint
Disposal of Complaint
Within 30 days as per Consumer Protection Rules
Records Retention
Complaint records maintained for 180 days as required by law
Escalation Path
If you are not satisfied with the resolution:
- Request escalation to senior management at escalation@10minutesindia.com
- File a complaint with Consumer Forum/Commission in your jurisdiction
